WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- From day one, you will play an important role be providing support to the Central European Compensation and Benefits Manager through assisting in the planning and execution of programs designed to increase compensation and benefits awareness and satisfaction.
- Administration of our Performance Management system (myTW).
- Supporting salary surveys.
- Supporting data accuracy in eHR system.
- Supporting correct HR KPIs reporting.
- Supporting correct HR KPIs reporting.
- Supporting C&B projects (e. g. review of variable schemes).
WHAT YOU’LL GET:

WHAT YOU HAVE:
- Background in Economics and Finance.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Intermediate knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI.
- The ability to start working part time in October 2023.
