We are looking for a qualified and resourceful HR Business Partner to support our human resources team ensuring efficient operations. If you are a people-person who thrives in a fast-paced environment, this is the right place for you to accelerate your HR career.

KEY RESULTS/ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Provide personnel policy and procedure guidance to employees and HRBPs
  • Respond to human resources-related inquiries
  • Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes
  • Assist with payroll processing.
  • Administer new employee on-boarding and orientation.
  • Collaborate with the human resources team to develop effective operations process
  • Process, verify and maintain documentation relating to HR activities (such as entry files for agreements (DPP/DPC), terminations, assist with contracts adjustment requests, etc)
  • Assist with transactional processes in Workday
  • Conduct exit interviews and recommend corrective action if necessary.
  • Participate on HR project as required

SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS

  • University degree
  • Previous experience working in HR Generalist/HRBP role are required
  • Background in trainings and development and pharma industry is advantage
  • In-depth knowledge of general human resources policies and procedures
  • Good knowledge of employment/labor laws
  • Outstanding knowledge of MS Office
  • Hands on experience with HRIS systems is an advantage
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and collaboration skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task
  • Good level of English is required
