What is Autism at Work about?

Please note that this position is dedicated to candidates on the spectrum.

The Autism at Work program (AaW) is designed to attract and onboard talents that may be hidden among people diagnosed with autism but also to enable our leaders and teams to embrace them.

By adjusting recruiting processes, we help remove the entry barriers for candidates on the autism spectrum. The recruiting process is designed to focus on the hard skills, not on the soft skills.

By upskilling our managers, buddies, and teams in the topic of autism, we help to create an autism inclusive workplace.

The AaW program provides an additional support offered explicitly and only to the members of the AaW community when they are interested or when it is necessary to perform their work (e.g. adjustment of the workplace, AaW community events, consultation with therapist).
