What You Will Do:

This role is responsible for supporting the delivery of Kenvue's global compensation programs. The role will work closely the local, regional, and global teams to ensure excellence in execution of all compensation plans and processes. Successful candidates will demonstrate a care feircly about our customer experience and always have an eye on continuous improvement opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide compensation operations support on a day-to-day basis for the Global Compensation Operations team
  • Partner with Compensation COE to ensure timely and accurate delivery of all compensation programs as well as ensure early identification of key issues
  • Provide consultation to Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partners, and line leaders with respect to compensation matters, including but not limited to, job evaluation/leveling, offers, year-round compensation, retention programs, and recognition.
  • Support administration of global or local rewards and recognition programs
  • Perform market analysis, support survey participation, and support salary structure management
  • Independently manage day-to-day tasks, initiatives, and projects.
  • Ensure appropriate documentation of all activities, adhering to Service Level Agreements.
  • Acts as regional point-of-contact for compensation-related matters.
  • Continuously evaluate processes to find opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Support additional HR related requests and processes throughout the entire employee lifecycle in accordance with existing process documentation and HR policies globally. Areas of focus may include, but not limited to employee data management, compensation and benefits, recruiting and onboarding, etc.

Qualifications

What We Are Looking For:

Key Qualifications
  • A minimum of a bachelor’s degree is required.
  • A minimum of 5 years of meaningful experience in compensation or HR/Business Operations equivalent role is required
  • English fluency is required.
  • Spanish, Portuguese, French, or German proficiency is preferred.
  • Candidate must be culturally sensitive and drive for results
  • Candidate must have a strong sense of urgency, attention to detail, outstanding team work and collaboration skills
  • Strong research and quantitative business skills are required.
  • Global project experience (e.g., project plans, status reports, communication plans, milestones, deliverable charts) is preferred.
  • Experience with compensation tools such Payfactors and Mercer IPE is preferred.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office suite of software products, Workday, SalesForce, and reporting tools is preferred.
  • Ability to work in cross-functional and cross geography teams leveraging people analytics and reporting techniques, using data to identify solutions to complex problems.
