What You Will Do:
- Manage the day-to-day retirement and absence management service centers and have oversight responsibility for service delivery while concurrently facilitating efficient operations to meet current and future business needs within the organization.
- Accountable for ensuring continuity and successful delivery of retirement and absence management services on a global basis in accordance with Company policies and programs.
- Identify problem areas in service delivery processes, troubleshoot and recommend solutions by instituting administrative changes to improve overall outcomes, productivity, and accuracy.
- Monitor service delivery, service levels, contractual Performance Standards and scope of services commitments for all functions across the discipline and interact with third party vendor(s) as needed on these topics.
- Organize project activities that may require interdepartmental meetings and communication ensuring completion of the program/project on schedule and within budget constraints.
- Manage a global team of 10 human resources professionals.
- Provide prioritization of work assignments and management of functional team resources and their activities.
- Consult with Total Rewards COE and/or third party vendors on product or service enhancements and/or changes.
- In partnership with internal business partners and third party vendors, ensure that all quality control objectives are being met.
- Prepare Company program specific training materials for internal and third party vendor resources as needed.
What We Are Looking For:
- 8 years relevant experience managing large, complex outsourcing relationships
- Experience with product/ solution development and management
- Knowledge of the retirement and absence management outsourcing industry
- Strong project management skills with experience in organizing and executing large-scale project from envisioning stage through to implementation
- English fluency is required.
- Additional language fluency is preferred but not required and may include French, German, Spanish, or Portuguese.
- Ability to manage multiple task/priorities
- Deep knowledge of the relevant regulatory environment in multiple regions
- A minimum of 5 years of people management experience is required with demonstrated abilities to identify, develop, motivate and reward employees
- Strong customer service and responsiveness values and skills leadership qualities
- Ability to communicate at high levels with internal and external customers
- A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree is required.
- This position is located in Prague and may require up to 10% travel.
