Assoc. Dir. DD&IT Workforce Enablement, Novartis, Prague, Czech Republic
The purpose of this role is to lead strategic initiatives within DDIT related to workforce, influence and facilitate decision making amongst senior DDIT stakeholders, including LT by providing market insights and internal workforce data reporting. You also will be supporting the design and adoption of the Workforce strategy, including location, make vs buy strategies and role based career development plans.

You also will be supporting the design and adoption of the Workforce strategy, including location, make vs buy strategies and role based career development plans.
Your key responsibilities:
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Coordinate and improve processes related to workforce management, including hiring, talent review, promotion in collaboration with TAS and P&O teams
- Ensure up-to-date role catalogue and job descriptions exist for DD&IT organization
- Cooperate with Rewards team to ensure appropriate GJFA architecture exists and is matching the DD&IT operating model.
- Act as business SPOC from DDIT side for the transition to Workday project
- Influence strategic decisions with data-based IT insights, proactively identifying and analyzing the impact of new trends in the external ecosystem on DDIT.
- Develop and execute strategic initiatives spanning across productivity, capability building and workforce
- Provide diverse analyses to the LT related to the workforce, including potential delivery locations analysis, attrition analysis, insourcing/outsourcing analysis, etc to enable appropriate strategic decisions to be taken.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field, such as education, business, or technology. Experience with P&O tools and processes
- 8+ years of experience in capability development and change management
- Experience with strategic planning and outstanding stakeholder management skills (proven experience in reporting to the Leadership Level stakeholders)
- Strong analytical and presentational skills/experience; proficient English
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Experience working in a large, complex organization preferred
