Main mission: build local LDB digital and communication strategy + action plan aligned with division, zone and cross-division guidelines. Ensures consolidated vision for LDB activity on digital to target global ambition. Be expert & support brands, lead the vision, and be part of digital agencies. Manage the budget and team.

Main tasks:

  • Inspiration and trends:
  • Maintain an understanding of the latest digital opportunities and trends in consumer interaction and inspire the teams with those possibilities
  • Map local digital consumer path and make the strategy for categories and brands to achieve the best results
  • Digital media strategy: strong expertise
  • Tailor the global digital and media strategies to the local characteristics for the brand local specificities
  • Monitor digital and media performance, consumer engagement
  • Oversee a strategic approach on media (all digital media included) support digital marketing campaigns, use learning/best practices for advices, has the big vision
  • Advocacy B2C & B2B2C:
  • Leverage earned media through influencers & KOLs strategies
  • Contribute to medical B2B2C activation, providing social expertise to the medical team
  • CRM & Data:
  • Set CRM LDB strategy and oversee the implementation followed by results
  • Data following ad management, taking decisions based on data
  • Ecommerce:
  • Contributes to e-commerce development, providing adapted digital informations and expertise (par ex on social commerce etc.
  • Help set up strategy for tranfsactional media in cooperation with brands + ecom team
  • Ensures appropriate commercial targets are set for D2C e-commerce activity and ensures its tracking sharing responsibility with the commercial / ecom team
  • Technological expertise:
  • Owns platforms excellence (tagging, SEO, …)
  • Builds a strong partnership with Digital agencies and technological teams

YOU have:

  • BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field
  • Project management experience is a must
  • Demonstrable experience (5 years) leading and managing CRM or emailing campaigns
  • Professional English knowledge
  • Native Czech or Slovak language
  • Proven working experience in digital marketing
  • inform and motivate Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences & devising digital campaigns that engage,
  • Experience in optimizing landing pages, UX and user funnels
  • Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
  • Great communication skills and people development focus
