Purpose of the job:
Acts as the liaison between the clients, commercials and the operational teams. This role advises, suggests and discusses solutions with the internal and external clients in terms of Nielsen Products without sales activities.
Responsibilities:
- Converting the client's needs into internal work orders
- Close cooperation with operations and commercial groups to work more effectively with client inquiries processes and tools available.
- Overall accountability for the timely and accurate resolution of client requests including direct contact with the client (email, SF) in regard to technical issues (quality performance, feasibility investigations, structural changes, new deliverables setups)
- Building positive relationships e.g., to effectively facilitate meetings, provide support and remove obstacles through networking with stakeholders (operations and commercial groups, clients)
- Contribute in solving elements of regional and global client's requests through collaboration with other countries.
- Support in deep dive for root cause for quality improvement, including quality meeting participation with CSAs and clients if its needed.
- Daily work in a virtual and multicultural environment through cooperation with stakeholders and colleagues in order to delivering against the set objectives.
- Providing training for the new joiners and other team members if needed
- Being responsible in keeping updated the operational documentation.
Qualifications:
- Work experience: Minimum 1 year of Operational and/or Client facing experience
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Good level of Czech language - written and spoken
Requirements:
- Well-developed analytical skills and very good attention to details
- Proactivity attitude in recommending suitable solutions
- Combination of profound operative skills and client orientation
- Excellent customer service abilities
- Capabilities in order to translate client requirements into a technical specification.
- Ability to work and build relationships with stakeholders at various levels of organization
- Good understanding of the local market
- Good Excel knowledge.
