Within this context, the Commercial Applications teams are responsible for lean process design, delivering improved efficiency, effectiveness, and user experience and establishing a well performing operation that meets agreed scope / service levels, drives improvements on a continuous basis and achieves operational excellence against defined benchmarks. The team will primarily support the activities around the Sandoz internal customer engagement platform called “Scout” while leading global deployment, legacy application harmonization and integrating with other strategic programs and initiatives across the organization.
The role will lead a team within Customer Engagement to design and deliver new, globally harmonized Order Management processes and solutions that are critical for overall Customer Engagement success,

Your kye responsibilities:
Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:
  • Support with the creation of “user stories”; define and prioritize developments. Follow up and fine tune features; come up with solutions
  • Work close with regional team to align priorities. Support team with providing input for writing and documenting user stories that are clear, concise, and easy-to-understand for the business and development/testing team.
  • Identify and align cross-functional needs for Order Management topics.
  • Provide creative solutions: fit required changes in the existing processes / adjust the existing process flows if required, guarantee that the solutions are global and at the same time flexible. Work with the team on the solution for the requirements and explain the business need to the developers, architect, and testing team.
  • Work with technology partners (Pitcher, Conga, and Salesforce) on the future roadmap
  • Drive overall sales success in meeting their targets and objectives; understand success factors and root cause driving outcomes.
  • Provide accurate and thoughtful responses to resolve a variety of inquiries from users. Provide creative solutions to meet new and evolving needs of sales force effectiveness.
  • Responsible for providing support to the Sales and/or Customer Service functions by leading the implementation of Order Management solutions across the commercial organization. Work with functional team leads to drive resolution of issues, risk mitigation, cross-term communication, and escalation as required

Minimum requirements

Essential Requirements:
  • University degree or various degrees in science and/or business preferred
  • Fluent English (oral and written) is required. Additional languages are an advantage
  • Minimum >4-6 years of digital experience related to sales force effectiveness or order management
  • Ability to work effectively across geographies and cultures, establish relationships, collaborate, and influence within a complex matrix organization, at ease with uncertainty and ambiguity
  • Solid understanding of Global digital landscape, development processes and methodologies¨
  • Excellent presentation skills with ability to communicate and engage at all levels within the organization
  • Demonstrated business expertise and knowledge (business acumen) and the ability to consult internally and/or externally
  • Ability to speak multiple business languages (strategy, marketing, technology), passion for forward thinking
