As the HR Lead of Czech and Slovakia your responsibilities will be the following:

  • Creating, leading, and executing country people strategy in line with CEE HR priorities
  • Acting as company culture ambassador and ensuring that company values and approach are reflected in the daily life of the organization
  • Implementing a diversity& inclusion plan that aligns with company values, business strategy and commitments
  • Working closely with local Leadership team: ensuring that managers are adequately qualified, providing support and giving appropriate guidance and information to management related to all aspects of HR
  • Regularly coaching, mentoring and supporting senior and high-potential colleagues to identify individual strengths and development needs
  • Cooperating with CEE HR Leaders (T&L, Rewards, OD etc.) to execute People strategy in CZSK
  • Responsible for Health &Safety and wellbeing strategy/initiatives supervision & execution
  • Identifying, addressing, and supporting the resolution of problems for all issues related to the relations between employees (disciplinary actions, labour relations, etc.)
  • Responsible for HC and people cost planning & management
  • Permanently monitoring & tracking KPIs (number of employees, salary, internal promotion, productivity, etc.) at country level, analyses data and proposes optimization actions
  • Systematically developing and improving HR processes and optimizes their effectiveness

About you

We are looking for an HR Lead of Czech& Slovakia with the following profile:

  • BsC / MsC in economics/human resources/communication
  • Min.10 years of working experience in HR
  • Min.2 years of experience as an HR Lead
  • Human acumen, business understanding
  • Fluent in English & Czech
  • High level of integrity and ability to create a diverse and inclusive working environment
  • Coaching attitude and development mindset
