AppAgent is an award-winning strategic and creative mobile marketing agency based in Prague. We produce marketing visuals and curate growth strategies for some of the world's top gaming and app publishers, such as Supercell, Snowprint Studios, and DreamLoft.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As the Business Operations Specialist, you'll be the attentive guardian of our team and workspace, proactively addressing any operational challenges that arise. Your role centers around ensuring the smooth flow of Backoffice operations, from managing payroll and invoices to taking charge of administrative tasks that keep our agency running like clockwork. With an eye on maintaining our modern villa, you'll also be instrumental in upholding AppAgent's positive work environment for team members.
Your tasks in a nutshell:
- Collaborating with our accountant on all day-to-day financial matters.
- Calculating and distributing payroll, as well as handling some other HR administration.
- Maintaining and updating company performance dashboards and analyses.
- Liaising with Czech authorities and external stakeholders.
- Overseeing general office management (i.e. arranging services, insurance, utilities).
ABOUT YOU
This role is key to our agency's operations, and we're seeking someone who:
- Is highly attentive to detail.
- Is an organized multitasker.
- Is not afraid of the responsibility of taking ownership of financial matters.
- Has a good grasp of numbers, Google Sheets, and new software.
- Has at least basic knowledge of accounting from proven experience.
- Has the ability to handle confidential information discreetly.
- Is willing to learn and do own research.
- Is fluent in Czech and English.
It would be a big plus if you:
- Have formal education in business, finance, or accounting.
- Have experience with legal regulations in the Czech Republic.
- Have an eye for scalable solutions.
