Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:

Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Support Legal Operation team with technical issues
- Provide smaller process and technology solutions based mainly on MS Suite solutions
- Works on allocated tasks to provide technical support on legal operations tools
- Contribute to various ad-hoc reporting requested by extracting data from existing technologies
- Support ongoing initiatives and projects in the Legal Operations team
- Maintain Legal Ops shared content and ensure efficient content usage, retention and purging
- Document relevant decisions/processes using different tools and templates
- Leverage data and proactively provide recommendation for Legal Ops user community

- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree preferably in legal, IT or Technology
- English language
- Advanced experience with MS Suite
- Analytical, problem-solving and communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Proactive and self-motivated with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges
