In the upcoming year, our plan involves expanding our Diabetes App to Italy (and soon to France as well), while simultaneously preparing for the exciting launch of a new and innovative health product. As we embark on our expansion journey, we are looking for a new colleague to take full responsibility for a new health product. An entrepreneurial mindset is essential, enabling the translation of business objectives into strategic product decisions.
Your objectives as Product Manager:
- Leading the way: Be the driving force behind our product's vision, roadmap, and growth, making it all about real-world impact and exciting possibilities.
- Seeing the bigger picture: Understand what our users need, and connect the dots between their needs and our strategic goals to shape the product's journey.
- Taking charge: Take the wheel from start to finish in making the product come alive – from brainstorming and designing to launching and measuring success.
Your tasks:
- Create detailed specifications of product features/initiatives
- Plan and prioritize product development and product feature backlog
- Lead the product-release plans and set expectations for the delivery of new functionalities
- Keep other teams in the loop, ensuring they're up-to-date on ongoing (future) developments
- Oversee the entire development process from a project perspective until the release is deployed
- Act as a product ambassador both within the company and externally
About you:
- You are highly skilled in product development with a proven track record of successful digital solutions (mobile App)
- You have in-depth knowledge of agile methodology
- You have a good understanding of business value related to features and functions
- Experience with market and user research is a must
- You are a problem solver with a strong analytical mind
- Working with cross-functional teams is your day-to-day business for a successful product launch
- You're familiar with tools like Jira, Confluence, Figma, etc.
- You speak perfect English and Czech
- Plus would be if you speak Deutsch / Italiano
