Your role
- To provide administrative support to the sales team dedicated to Export, which operates in 19 different countries in Central, South and East Europe
- To liaise with other international departments on administrative matters of mutual importance.
- To work in a team but use your own initiative
- To handle advisory and commercial customer requests
- To ensure adequate and reliable customer administration, in order to contribute to customer satisfaction
- To perform activities including accepting and processing of incoming orders, answering questions, solving problems and customer complaints&claims on orders so that customer satisfaction and continuity of the relationship are guaranteed
- To support and initiates follow-up actions by contacting customers and informing them about products in order to contribute to the realization of effective customer communication
- To answer questions about product assortment and applications, production based on standard products, quoting prices and delivery times
Your qualification and experience
- Minimum of 2 years experience in customer service or sales department working for an international company
- Fluency in Czech and English language is a must
- Excellent communication skills (friendly, positive and efficient)
- Intelligent and proactive in finding solutions
- Independent worker
- Pleasant phone voice
- Reliable and high sense of responsibility and urgency
- Not afraid to pick up the phone with customers and international colleagues to solve any disasters before they happen
- Commercial skills (ability to hear sales opportunities and to act upon them)
- Resistance to stress and ability to prioritize
- Full of energy, eager, and capable to learn and grow
