Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- To perform as a point of escalation and drive various implementation and Operations projects assisting on-ground team with the following solutions: Firewall Services (Checkpoint & Palo Alto), Remote Access Connectivity Services (VPN’s) and SASE (Network Private Access (NPA) Services - Netskope).
- Initiate, lead and support projects and their delivery in accordance with project goals, time scales and costs in compliance with Novartis methodologies.
- Contribute to strategy for the area of customer facing Connectivity services and contribute to the business strategy for area and influence / persuade for its acceptance. Ensure the strategy is aligned with Global Infrastructure Services strategy and the global IT / business strategy.
- Ensures that all Perimeter security service continuity management plans, Risks and activities underpin and align with all business continuity management plans, risks and activities, and are capable of meeting the agreed and documented targets under any circumstances.
- Design/Review implementations or deployment of perimeter security solutions as per best practices.
- Ensure the continuous improvement, rationalization and management of existing systems and operations.

- 8+ years of good exposure on DMZ zones, Next generation firewalls services/blades (IPS/IDS, Antivirus, URL Filtering, Anti-bot etc) and Remote Access Services
- Good exposure on ITIL in practice – Service Operations, Incident, Change, Risk and Service Request management.
- Experience with process design and documentation (Standard Operating Procedures, Work Instructions, IQ/OQ etc.)
- Proven track record of vendor, support provider and stakeholder management
- Experience with monitoring and Management Tools (Splunk, Tufin, Netbrain etc). Proficient level of English
