We are welcoming new colleagues for a position of Housekeeping Coordinator.

Náplň práce:


Operate Opera system for communication with Front office and other departmentsPrepare reports for external cleaning companiesAssign rooms for deep and general cleaning, and inform the respective departmentsPrint out Duty Manager report and read it carefullyPrint out reports for operation meetingPrint out function sheets for HSK Office and supervisorsAnswer phone calls and follow up on requestsManage floor supervisors and control of cleaning roomsFollow up on VIP rooms and special requestsControl number of cleaned rooms and inspected rooms on a daily basis for invoice purposesRead log books of Housekeeping and Public areas and forward important information to the Executive HousekeeperKeep a book for tracking messages and forward the necessary information to the respective peopleOperate staff request to external companies for next day cleaningMake a call to the guest with Do Not Disturb sign on the door on daily basisOperate store request for ordering store items and other amenities as well as making requests for flowers and other pending issuesOperate purchasing requestIs acquainted and follow Lost and Found procedure. Contact the guest for their lost itemsSupplies all Floor Supervisors with items needed for food set up

Due to the cyclical nature of the hospitality industry, employees may be required to work varying schedules to reflect the business needs of the hotel.
