Credit & Collection Process Manager

As a Credit & Collection Process Manager, you will be responsible for supervising credit management, collections, and bad debt & litigation activities. You will ensure efficient people management and compliance of performed activities to internal and external audit requirements, and legal rules.
You will be also accountable for the overall performance of the teams, achievement of business KPIs, as well as the results of contractual service level agreements with clients, for internal and external clients' satisfaction. You will lead and coordinate meetings with Finance Macro Process Lead and other Credit & Collections Supervisors to set and deliver our Sales-Finance strategy and transformation projects.

What will you be doing:
- Oversee the activities of the teams and align resources as necessary to ensure customer satisfaction
- Preparation and execution 1-3Y department plan
- MICS / Risk Management / Audit compliance target management, including the creation of a sustainability model and action plans for open issues
- Ensure internal and external client satisfaction by effectively communicating and helping to meet their respective needs and solve all in a timely fashion
- Execution of People Cycle in accordance with Excellence Program (Targets setting and cascading, Competency appraisal and Operational Performance Review, Personal Development Plans and Recovery Plans etc.)
- Stay abreast of the latest developments, leading practices and trends in customer service, order-to-cash, and other functional areas that may impact SSC
- Develop all individuals within the team to achieve their full potential
What you'll bring:
- Fluency in English (Dutch and/or French language knowledge is an advantage)
- People management: min 2 year’s experience in managing a team (8+ people)
- Experience in stakeholder management with commercial function and customers
- Analytical and system minded – SAP financial module experience
- Experience in OTC/Finance Operations environment
