As part of the Sandoz Security Operations team the Data Loss Prevention & Network Security Governance Lead will drive the setup of policies, rules and best practices to protect classified information on: Endpoints, O365, collaboration platforms, and will contribute to the Network Security policies and best practices around Internet-Facing proxies, WAF, NAC, IPS and Firewalls, etc. Bring expertise, knowledge and passion and you’ll have the chance to establish, drive and maintain the Sandoz information secure, and supervise communication ruleset between layers, on-prem, cloud, DMZs and the external world.

Your Key Responsibilities
In addition to accountabilities listed above in Job Purpose:
- Establish a Data Loss Prevention Program, define policies on multiple technologies such as Endpoint, O365 suite, SharePoint, MS Team, etc.
- Collaborate closely with the Governance Risk & Compliance organization to establish the needed level of information classification and associate the correct policies to data in transit and data at rest
- Collaborate with the SOC/Cyber Defense Center during DLP policies violations and investigations
- Collaborate with the Vulnerability Management team to mitigate 0days and vulnerabilities which require network configuration changes
- Collaborate closely with Network Connectivity organization to setup configurations templates and ensure harmonization of rules across geographies
- Approve internet-facing assets access and deviations from standard templates

Minimum requirements
What you’ll bring to the role:
- 4 to 8 years of experience as Data Loss Prevention Manager/Architect and/or Network Security Lead Engineer/Team Leader/Manager or Principal Network Security Architect
- Experience with information classification and protection, DLP solutions, data in motion and data at rest
- Experience with policies, firewalls, network security hardening rules, rules harmonization and review globally
- Certification or accreditation in Information Security (CISM, CISA, CISSP etc.,)
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills ability to develop influential relationships with different stakeholders across all levels
- An entrepreneurial mindset driven by curiosity, continuous improvement, and interest in technical advancements and trends
